Our Story

Empower patients
with
their data

WellConnector is a health tech startup on a mission to make new patient paperwork a thing of the past. WellConnector partners are creating “a precheck for patient health,” designing a platform that will allow patients to securely and easily share health history with providers, making new visits more efficient and ensuring accurate medical information is readily available to better inform healthcare decisions.

Our Team

Don’t take our word for it!
Here is what our community has to say.

WellSaid

Indhira Bisono Jimenez, MD, Rheumatologist

“Modernizing the patient intake process will enable physicians to have complete, accurate, and timely patient data, which will allow physicians to spend more time providing care to their patients, reduce manual data entry among clinical staff, and improve patient satisfaction. I am looking forward to the adoption of WellConnector throughout our community!”

Sue Dick, President/CEO of the Greater Tallahassee Chamber of Commerce

“WellConnector’s mission to improve healthcare locally and bring providers together to solve a problem collaboratively is an example of what we need and hope to see more of in our community. We applaud their innovativeness.”

Nicholas Farber, MD, vitreoretinal surgeon with Southern Vitreoretinal Associates

“Every interaction with each patient is an opportunity to act with compassion and deliver equitable care and support. WellConnector has the potential to reduce the burden on clinical staff and time spent entering patients’ handwritten information or verifying information. Instead, that time can be used for discussing care with a more complete picture of that person’s health.”

Lauren Faison-Clark , Administrator Regional Development, Population Health and Telemedicine

“We at TMH support any efforts, especially locally, to streamline the check in process for patients when accessing healthcare services and for our clinicians to obtain the critical data they need on their patients.”

Zach Finn, Former CEO of Centralis Health,

“We have been electronically sharing clinical data directly between the healthcare providers in our community for over 15 years. I was excited to hear about WellConnetor’s mission to empower patients with their health data and look forward to supporting the project!”
