    A longtime Florida transplant, Josh is an attorney and lobbyist representing clients in the fields of healthcare, medical malpractice insurance, agriculture, tort reform, and alcoholic beverages.

    A proud Cuban-American born in Miami, Eddie Gonzalez Loumiet is an award-winning information technology expert, mentor, recognized speaker, CEO at Ruvos, and Co-Founder of WellConnector.

    Frans is an experienced systems architect from South Africa and a proud father of six children. He has co-founded two successful companies: Ruvos, a technology consulting firm, and WellConnector, a healthcare technology start-up. His passion for innovation, commitment to excellence, and desire to make a positive impact drives him to create technology solutions that transform the way we live and work.

    With over a decade in translational research and public health, Kristin has deep experience in blending technology, partnerships, and research techniques to improve health. She leads the WellConnector team's strategy, design research, and implementation work.

    Matt is an award winning artist and developer who has been designing products and building apps in Tallahassee for a decade.


  • System Architect

    Born at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital, Geo was raised in Marietta, Georgia. He returned to Tallahassee to complete a Masters in Computational Science and taught computer programming courses at FSU for 6 years. Over the past 7 years, he has been the principal software developer and technical coordinator on several national public health systems exchanging data including vital records, laboratory test results, infectious disease reporting to the CDC, and exposure notification systems.

    For nearly a decade, Joe has driven quality human-centered systems and interactive design across different SaaS products in the healthcare, insurance, and auto industries.


  • Special Projects Coordinator, Strategy & Innovation Team

    A Florida native, Whitney Borkowski earned her BFA degree from Florida State University before studying UX design. She joined WellConnector as a project manager and designer.

    Juan Vasquez, a Tallahassee resident, is a proud graduate of Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University with a Masters in Health Administration. Juan's brings to the team experience in public health and health informatics. Juan also is involved with many local health care organizations and joins the Wellconnector team as a project manager and helps with fostering provider relationships.

    Allison Culpepper, a Tallahassee native, has over ten years of experience working in the field of health informatics and health information technology. Allison currently facilitates data modernization activities by harnessing the power of data and healthcare innovation. Allison has experience in supporting the facilitation of electronic data exchange, integration, and file movement between health care entities, with a specific focus on public health.

    Proudly South African, Candice Theron specializes in management of special projects and wears various creative hats such as photographer and graphic designer. She joined WellConnector as a photographer and content creator.
